Need some extra cash to pay off those holiday bills?  Refer a friend to live at Austin Ranch & you’ll a $250 check!

The rules are simple.  Your friend must:

• Tell the leasing agent they were referred by you
• Put your name on the application & guest card
• Pay their first full month of rent

It’s that simple!

So the next time your friends come to Austin Ranch, bring them to the leasing center and get $250 by making your friends your neighbors!

Decorate Your Patio to Win Free Rent

Due to the success of last year’s contest, we are bringing back the Holiday Patio Decorating Contest. Simply decorate your patio, take a photo and post it to our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/austinranch or email to us at marketing@austinranch.com and we’ll post it for you!

This year, your neighbors will vote for the winners on Facebook by Liking their favorite photo. Prizes are as follows:
- 1st place = $300 off rent
- 2nd place = $200 off rent
- 3rd place = $100 off rent

All photos must be turned in by 12/21. Winners will be announced 12/22.

We are teaming up with the radio station I-93 FM to throw our biggest Holiday Party yet!

Be On Our Billboard Contest

Our residents are what make Austin Ranch such a great place to live.  And as the stars of our property, we want to feature you on an upcoming billboard!   The billboards look like a Facebook post complete with resident photos and comments.

Simply send us a high resolution photo of you & your friends enjoying any of the amenities at Austin Ranch – your apartment, the gym, pools, restaurants, parks, dog areas, barbecue grills, hiking trails, the lake, coffee shop – anywhere you’re having a good time.  (If you’re taking the photo with your phone, make sure the camera resolution is set to at least 2048 x 1216 or higher.)  And make sure any friends that are in the photo with you are aware that it could be on a billboard before you email it to us.

Email the image to us at billboards@austinranch.com & add a comment/caption for your photo, just like you would on Facebook.
