It’s crazy to me that a venue as big as Austin Ranch would not have their own hosted blog (rather than one at wordpress.com). I would be willing to barter rent for website development. Of course, you could just pay normally too. I just think it should be more professional. We could do a lot of other social media development easy for your marketing efforts. Let me know! Thanks,

why would you try to recreate the wheel, when wordpress is recognized and most likely far superior to what you could build?
WordPress is new, but, Austin Ranch has always had a separate website – Check out http://www.austinranch.com/home.html
It’s crazy to me why Austin Ranch would want to pay for something that is already fine as it is right now and is free.
Instead of trying to suggest something isn’t good enough to try and generate business, somebody should just freshen up his resume and just get a job.
In addition, Austin Ranch is an apartment community. Not a “venue”.
